Role Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time / Temporary Multi-Property Marketing Assistant to generate leasing leads and support occupancy across multiple residential properties. This role combines sales outreach, lead generation, community engagement, and marketing support.
The position will visit assigned properties and surrounding markets to identify referral opportunities, build relationships with local businesses and organizations, promote available units, and generate qualified prospects for the leasing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct sales and community outreach across assigned AAM Living properties and surrounding markets.
Identify and contact local businesses, employers, schools, universities, and organizations to generate leasing referrals.
Build relationships with referral partners and follow up on leads and prospective residents.
Promote available units, property amenities, specials, and leasing opportunities.
Distribute marketing materials and promotional materials at local businesses, events, and community locations.
Generate qualified leasing leads and coordinate with leasing teams for follow-up and conversion.
Visit multiple properties and support leasing events, housing fairs, networking events, and community activities as assigned.
Track outreach activities, leads, referrals, and follow-ups.
Identify new local outreach and partnership opportunities to support occupancy goals.
Required Qualifications
Bilingual, preferably Spanish.
High school diploma or equivalent.
6 months–1 year of experience in sales, leasing, customer service, marketing, hospitality, retail, or community outreach preferred.
Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable approaching businesses, organizations, and prospective residents to generate leads.
Confident promoting properties, services, and leasing opportunities.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between assigned properties and local outreach locations.
Ability to work part-time and flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
